Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026. These terms govern use of Nudge, operated by Green and Home Limited (trading as Grafto).

The service

Nudge connects to your accounting platform with read-only permissions and runs automated checks on your data, reporting findings to you. Findings are indicators, not accounting advice: matching is partly heuristic, confidence levels are displayed, and you should verify a finding against the linked source documents before acting on it.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect organisations you are authorised to connect.
• Keep your sign-in email account secure — it is your key to Nudge.
• Practice plans: you are responsible for having your clients' permission to connect their data.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, exclusive of VAT, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

Liability

Nudge is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of findings, for the accuracy of data held in your accounting platform, or for the availability of Xero's or Intuit's APIs.
